At "Villa Pepita Biniali" (Maps etc), you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is available (please buy coals) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones). We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
