The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
