This truly unique thatched cottage enjoys a central yet peaceful location in the the beautiful village of Plockton. The cottage sleeps two in studio style accommodation, with shower room and a well equipped kitchen. It is close to the loch, perfect for kayaking, and just a short stroll to pubs, restaurants, shops or even seal trips, the location is perfect. It is truly unique and centuries old, but has modern comforts throughout and even its own off street parking, a rare find in Plockton!

Perfect for a quiet retreat or for walking the stunning mountains all around the cottage including several Munros. The track up to the cottage, the Coulin pass, is a National mountain bike trail and continues to Torridon..

Discover the great outdoors right here on your doorstep or enjoy some great restaurants and pubs in Plockton. The cottage offers 1 double bedroom and 2 single beds up on the mezzanine. The Byre is modern, cosy and well equipped. Including Wifi, Netflix, underfloor heating, lovely Nespresso coffee, a bbq/firepit and outdoor space. Pets are allowed.

Guest can enjoy a glorious walk down the path through the adjoining croft land to the Penifiler shore enjoying views across Portree Bay and spectacular Quiraing and Old Man of Storr.

Garve Cottage is a comfortable and well appointed home with three bedrooms; two with double beds and one with two single beds. Full bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and shower room, toilet, and wash hand basin downstairs. The kitchen has a built in dishwasher, microwave and electric hob and full oven. Underfloor heating was recently installed along with new tiled flooring extending through utility room to downstairs shower room. Washing machine and dryer in utility room.
