Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps. Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

The space is quite large and can easily accommodate 6 people. Extra people at $15 pp/pn. It has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. All windows and doors have security screens. Please note the loft is not suitable to old ages, the second bedroom is designed for yaunger children. The property is located in a fantastic point of Toowoomba.

At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.
