The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. Light and airy, it has been refurbished to a high standard - offering a stylish and cosy retreat in the heart of Staithes old town. It also has its own private garden. Guests love the stunning upstairs lounge, with uninterrupted views across the harbour. The cottage is warm and cosy, with electric heaters upstairs and underfloor heating and a log burner downstairs.

Grinklebell Cottage is full of charm and character, set in surrounding countryside, with seaside towns a short distance away. A 10 minute drive to Saltburn by the Sea, Staithes and Runswick Bay. A 20 minute drive to Whitby. Beautiful cliff top walks along the Cleveland Way and much more to explore. In the grounds of the property there is a paddock with seating and barbecue area, with a view of the ocean in the distance and surrounding countryside.
