There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Being so close to the Shotover River and The Queenstown Bike Trail, you can also bike to the Gibbston Valley wineries, Queenstown, or Arrowtown easily.

Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer. .

We offer a 1 bedroom unit above our garage with breathtaking panoramic views of Coronet Peak and Crown Peak. We offer a full kitchen with gas cooktop, open concept full bathroom, washer, own external access, Wifi and apple TV with Netflix. Airport is a 5 minute drive, food/shops are a 2 min drive away and we are only 10-15 min from downtown Queenstown. Take yourself away from the madness of downtown and settle in at our place in Shotover Country.

A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
