Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
