The perfect Staycation for couples. You will enjoy the central location of our apartment with its free parking it's literally a case of park up and walk everywhere. Relax in our stylishly mid century designed space. Unwind in our brand-new Hot Tub in the garden or recline in a wicker chair on the sun deck and take in the South Easterly views that stretch across to Portland. Watch the Smart TV with Netflix and catch up. At night, sleep between White Company cotton sheets on our comfortable bed. Our guests enjoy the array of 'foodie' restaurants within walking distance. No taxi's required here. The highlight of the property is the sun deck with chairs. This gets the morning sun, ideal for coffee and to admire the stunning view. Towards Portland. We also have a garden that you can look over or wander around. The parking is literally outside in a private car park. It is designated for your own private use. Once parked up look towards the back of the house. You will see a picket fence which leads to our garden/deck and front door. You will see the key safe on the right of the front door just put the code in to access the key. We live in Charmouth, have 2 other holiday lets and are available any time. We also have a garden at the property which we will be tending to from time to time. Say hello or not it's entirely up to you. Situated at the top of the high street, from here it's easy to walk to everything in this vibrant town. Stroll to the seafront, shops, and restaurants, along with traditional English pubs. Catch the bus down the hill to visit Bridport and Seaton. There is a comprehensive bus service. The stop to go East (ie Bridport) is outside the Co-op in the High Street a few minutes down the hill. The stop to go west(ie Seaton) is at the foot of the hill outside the newsagent. Our house is made up of 5 flats. One is occupied full time the others are holiday homes and/or holiday lets. sometimes guests wander around the back to access their garden or to just admire the view. Either way they will not pass our apartment making it private for you.

Its located on the first floor above a clothing shop (there isnt a lift). It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with one king size bed and two small doubles. With free wifi, new smart tv, dishwasher, microwave, 2hairdryers and all linen, also beach towels. There is no parking but there are 4 car parks close by including one opposite

In the lounge, there is a fantastic window seat in the bay window where you can watch the whole of west bay harbour & sea. The apartment is light with a fully equipped kitchen and a large walk in shower. Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

Stay in our refurbed first floor, small one bed flat in the peaceful Cultural Quarter in Seaton on the beautiful East Devon coast. The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well-behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a small sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!
