The wonderful 4bd, 2ba farm-house is situated on the quieter North side of Mahia. The one acre House site offers un-obstructed panoramic Pacific Ocean views that over-look the Tokaroa Reef and beautiful white sand cove beaches ideal for bathing and swimming. The house is tastefully decorated by the furniture design owners based in Los Angeles, many of the pieces collected from their travels. If you are wanting to get away from it all and create a memorable holiday this is the ideal retreat.

Blue Bay Mahia, Beachfront Bliss

Relax and enjoy uninterrupted seaviews from our comfortable beachfront Bach. The living, dining and two main bedrooms all have views across bay. With decks on both northern and southern sides you can enjoy outdoor dining most days. Opoutama beach is a lovely sandy beach; great for young children & only a short walk away through the reserve. Opoutama store is a handy 10min walk away. Minimum 3 night stay over long weekends. Linen can be arranged for an extra charge ($75 for complete houselot).

Elevated views close to the beach Reserve, our beautiful Blue Bay Bach is a family-friendly retreat offering stunning views to mahia off the large entertainment deck, easy access to a safe, family friendly beach, and close to Mahia, beach shops and pub. Our well appointed large bach is a short stroll to the beach directly in front, 5-minute Drive to Mahia. Here, you’ll find Mokotahi walk, surfing and fishing , and ample family activities on the beach front decking and lawn

Mahia Beach Lodge .

Mahia Beach Lodge is situated in the Mahia Beach village just a short walk to the beach and village amenities. It is a 2 story house with lounge, kitchen living area upstairs opening out onto a large deck. 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin single bedroom and bath room upstairs. Down stairs is a queen bedroom, a large room with a queen bed and 3 singles beds, and bathroom.Laundry is located out the back door on the right. This is shared with the house in the rear of the section.

Mahia Bach

Located in the heart of popular Mahia Beach. This 3 bedroom holiday home is set up for the entire family to enjoy all year round. Fully exposed to the sun with a 90 square metre deck and plenty of room for backyard cricket and touch rugby. Just a short stroll to the local Sunset Point Bar and Bistro, Mahia Store, local playground and boat ramp. Perfect spot to enjoy sand castles at the beach, paddleboarding and hours of fun in the sea.

Cormorants Cove Beach House.

Cormorants Cove is on the Mahia peninsula which is on the undiscovered east coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Cormorants Cove is sitting on the top of a cliff with unimpeded views of Gisborne and surrounding beaches. Some of the best surf breaks are within 5 minutes drive and family friendly swimming beaches are just as close. This is the place to come to do absolutely nothing, but relax and soak up the sun and the views.

Mahia Heights Beach Views

Our home is on an elevated site, with lovely views down to the beach and the bay, and is a short walk to the sand. The guest suite is situated at one end of the house and comprises a bedroom, bathroom and a separate lounge room with its own private deck and entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy waking to the sound of the waves and the local bird life. Have breakfast on the deck while taking in the views.

Charming Morere Lodge Country Cottage

Our 2 bedroom 1920s cottage has great rural views, is a short drive to the closest beach, family-friendly activities, Mangaone caves and 15 minutes from the beautiful Mahia Peninsula . You’ll love our place because of the cosiness, the comfy bed, the views, the 1920's charm and character and the 30 acres of pastures, woodland and stream to explore. The cottage is good for couples, and families (with kids).

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage. The cottage is fully self-contained. Open plan living and kitchen. 2 bedroom (king & king single (with a trundler bed). Bathroom also has a washing machine. Sit back and relax and enjoy scenic bush views with amazing bird life from your deck. The guest home is located near to my house, but is still private. Mobile phone reception and WiFi.
