The cottage retains some of it's 19th century charm but has been renovated to be a practical and comfortable home.

Ample FREE parking. Late (even midnight) arrival is fine, just let yourself in. Rigorous cleaning always.

All on one level, the property is wheelchair accessible throughout. It has stunning views across Hoy Sound and out to the open Atlantic. Parking is available right outside, but if you visit without a car, regular buses from Stromness go to all areas of Orkney.

In the heart of the Scottish Highlands and directly on the NC500 route, is Borlum House Farm, a lovingly restored 1700’s farm house in the beautiful little village of Reay. This couples retreat is warm and cosy, with a log burner, king size bed, an open plan living room with farmhouse style kitchen, fully equipped and with all the modern necessities to make you feel at home. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with views over farmland. Wi-Fi and heating provided at no additional cost.
