Marsha's Beach House

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Spacious Cycladic Apt + Seaside View ~ South Paros

According to Greek law, guests are required to pay a environmental tax of €8 per night upon arrival. It is a space, with a bedroom looking towards the seaside and including a double bed, and a living room – also with sea view – with a sofa that is composed of two single anatomic mattresses.The same space includes a spacious workstation attached to a sea view window. The house comes with full cooking facilities, a dish washer and a clothes washing machine. It has a private yard with sea view.

On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.
