The house is located on top of a hill in Comuna Cadeate, 5 km away from Montanita (Surf Paradise). Overlooking the ocean, you will witness amazing sunsets and enjoy the sound of birds, waves & quietness of nature. The beach is at walking distance and the mountain allows you to do biking, hikes or walks. Nightlife is only a few minutes away. You can find affordable restaurants, bars and clubs. Also can take paragliding and surf lessons, or go out to enjoy artisan pizza, tacos and churros

Ubicado en la avenida del Ejército, cuenta con lavadora y secadora, a 5 minutos en auto de la terminal. My place in this beautiful small town is located right in front of the beach, which guarantee an breath taking ocean view from the room. It is a rustic minimalist cozy villa full furnished ready for you to enjoy!
