Villa Ancora is a newly built, family run, located at 200 mt from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo, in a quiet area. There're two double rooms with all comforts (private bathroom,mini-fridge TV, air conditioning), kitchen and terrace. We have parking. L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, si trova al centro di Calatafimi Segesta e si affaccia sulla piazza principale, zona fornita di bar, ce n'è uno proprio sotto casa dove poter fare colazione compresa nel prezzo, ristoranti e supermercati. Dista 5 km dal tempio di Segesta, 15 dalle spiagge di Castellammare del Golfo e dello zingaro. A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e la città di Erice. Gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono a circa 35 km di distanza.

Terrazzo e grandi spazi esterni, come il prato a bordo piscina, agrumeto, piccola foresta di bambù e tanti angoli verdi per rilassarsi.

Breakfast, baked by me, is included. The neighborhood offers every kind of service: supermarket, bar, bakery, newsstand, etc.

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.
