Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment (one king bed and one full size bed) + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 square feet originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. The nearby walking trails will help you discover Wilmot Park, Officer Square, Boyce Farmers Market (on George St), the Garrison Market and the majestic Walking Bridge over the Wolastoq River.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

BOB'S Guest House

This is a cozy well maintained home,does have a private basement apartment, located on the north side of the city, just minutes from either bridge and within minutes to the shopping areas. Walking and bike trails within a few minute walk that could take you over the walking bridge to the downtown district within 30 minutes. Nice quiet area, located next door is the Wesleyan Church. Eight minutes you can be at the major shopping centers and ten minutes at the downtown core of the city.
