Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. Elegante appartamento recentemente restaurato in zona centralissima, a 300 metri (4 minuti a piedi) da Piazza San Marco e 350 metri (5 minuti a piedi) dal Ponte di Rialto. Supermercato a 5 metri dal portone di casa. L'appartamento si trova al 2° piano di una palazzina con soli 3 appartamenti, ed è composto da un'ampia zona giorno fornita di cucina attrezzata, letto matrimoniale alla francese, cabina armadio e bagno finestrato.

Ca' Medici - Centrale e tranquillo

Appartamento al primo piano in un tipico palazzo veneziano dell’800. Molto luminoso e posto in pieno centro storico con molti negozi e servizi, ma fuori dalla confusione. L’entrata è condivisa con il gestore dell’appartamento, ma del tutto separato. In condivisione resta solo l’entrata principale e la zona lavanderia. La cucina è abitabile, mentre nella stanza principale si trova un letto matrimoniale ed un piccolo salotto.
