You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. With it’s stunning skies, beautiful riverside walks, and the charming village of Woodhall Spa a 5 minute drive away, our barn offers you a peaceful haven away from the stresses of everyday life. The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.

The Tool Shed. A small brick shed on Moorland Farm

This is a small brick shed. It is located in a quiet, rural location with the city of Lincoln a 20 minutes drive away. It is a stand-alone building that comprises a bedroom (with a double bed) and an en-suite shower and toilet room. There is a kettle, toaster, mini-fridge and mini-microwave for preparing drinks, warming up a take away etc (i.e. it is not a kitchen). Outside there is a private, walled and gated patio equipped with a table and two chairs.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
