Lying in grounds of seven acres including a lake and woodland, it is a haven for wildlife and an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The oldest parts of Crowfoot's cottage date from the 17th century and have been lovingly renovated. Our annex is complete with spacious double bedroom, shower room, lounge & kitchenette. The Annex is located next to the Norfolk & Suffolk Avaition Museum and The Flixton Buck Inn (check online for openings). Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.

The Studio at Stone House

A unique place with great style, the Studio at Stone house is minutes from fabulous fishing lakes and dog walking trails and a 10 minute drive from the legendary Norfolk broads, It is a two story fully furnished holiday studio with one king size bed on the first floor and an open plan lounge and kitchen together with a separate wet room bathroom on the ground floor. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Wainford Mill House is a spacious riverside property opening directly onto the River Waveney. Step from the back door to a private footbridge, boat access and around an acre of riverside gardens with woodland, a wood-fired pizza oven and excellent wild swimming. Light, airy rooms suit large groups, with a mix of en-suites and family bathrooms. Full of character and well-behaved pets are welcome.

With its own front door, kitchen/dining room, bedroom/lounge and toilet/shower room. This accommodation is not suitable for children. We also have a small campsite on site.
