Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.
