L’alloggio ha un ingresso principale e uno secondario privato nella camera con vista mare da cui si accede direttamente al posto auto riservato. La posizione consente agevoli spostamenti a piedi, anche fino al porto e ai borghi. Asse viario nelle vicinanze agevola il raggiungimento di centri commerciali e autostrada.
