Bienvenue au Gîte de la Fontaine, notre havre de paix en Dordogne. Vous êtes à 20 minutes des joyaux du Périgord Noir : La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, et Sarlat-la-Canéda. Le départ d’une balade en canoë sur la Dordogne est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture , et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée vous emmèneront à la découverte de jolis paysages. Gîte « FLEUR DE NOYER » Demeure en pierres avec spa idéalement située au calme près de sites touristiques remarquables. La bâtisse (200m²) à la décoration moderne est constituée d’1 spacieuse pièce à vivre, de 4 chambres chacune équipée d’1 sdb privative, de 2WC. Une annexe accueille 1 jacuzzi, 1 sauna, 1 sdb/WC. Pour votre bien-être, vous disposerez aussi d’1 jardin clos avec piscine, de terrasses avec salons de jardin-transats, d’1 barbecue. Une caution ménage de 150€ est à régler sur place.

Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Gite de 120 m2 refait à neuf mêlant l'ancien et le moderne dans une grange en pierre du Périgord datant de 1840. A deux pas de Sarlat et de la vallée des 5 châteaux (Beynac, Monfort, Castelnaut, etc ....). La rivière Dordogne est à 500 m, une piste cyclable à 250 m. Une piscine privée de 4x8 m est à disposition du gite, ainsi qu'une terrasse privative et son jardin avec une vue grandiose. Les chambres se situes à l’étage.
