The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. A lakás erkélye a Bercsényi ligetre néz, ami valamikor a Rába folyómedre volt. A városrész elnevezése nem véletlenül Sziget, mivel folyók által határolt (Rába, Rábca, Kis-Duna)
