This is a lovely and spacious studio room in the heart of Grey Lynn. Set inside a grand villa, this private light-filled room features a comfortable super-king bed with luxury sheets and towels. All efforts have been made to ensure your comfort, including a bar fridge, desk, and your own modern bathroom. Our quiet studio is an easy 5minute stroll to the Grey Lynn and Westlynn shopping precincts, while iconic Ponsonby, Auckland Zoo and the Museum of Transport and Technology are just a 15min walk.

The Kingsland Suite

The Kingsland Suite is a modern space with good natural light. Keypad entry makes for very simple check ins and check outs. A comfy 1 Bedroom and lounge space for you to relax and unwind after a busy day, out seeing all the great sights Auckland has to offer, or visiting friends or relatives in the area. Or even going to support your favourite sports team at Eden Park or a fantastic concert. The Kingsland Suite is situated down a quiet side street only minutes from the vibrant Kingsland shops.

This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

This is an independent townhouse with two floors. Upstairs are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs are the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small outdoor garden. It is very convenient and free to use independently.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
