The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance & a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car in the carport The room has a double bed & fridge w tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work is being carried out on the section next door to us which may result in some construction noise during the week. The vibrant Mt Eden village, with its cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk, Eden Park 30 minutes and the Mt Eden volcanic crater, 25 minutes.
