Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

This custom timber frame chalet has been rebuilt from the ashes of the old chalet that was originally built in the 80's. The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.
