Our "annex" sits in perfect solitude behind our garage. surrounded by only farming fields with no neighbours the flat gives peace and quiet to all who stay. Both the bedroom and shower wet room have large windows to make the most of the beautiful view into the woodlands and further afield. there is a small space outside with a bench to sit and watch the sun set over the field. you are welcome to bring a BBQ with you to enjoy the view with outside cooking! Please note there is no TV in the space

Our newly refurbished accommodation (2023), has been designed for your comfort, with open living space over two floors as well as a private garden, accessible from the newly installed open plan dining kitchen, via the bifold doors, perfect for soaking up the views, alfresco dining & enjoying the evening sunsets. We have nature walks & breathtaking views right on the doorstep

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Drumble Lodge

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at the chalet The bird song through the day and owls at night whilst sat on the decking or simply stars gazing with the telescope. In summer The cows in the meadow in the distance with young calf’s in summer Pet sheep wander the paddock and drumble by the chalet Castle Farm situated on the gritstone footpath a ten minute walk to the Horse Shoe inn, twenty minute walk to The Castle Inn. It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!
