The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. The cottage is part of a small group of three independent houses. It has two bedrooms and a mosaic bathroom. The Italian breakfast, with homemade products, is included in the price.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
