Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Circa 1860, Headland is one of Daylesford's originals--oozing authentic appeal, cosy and calming. The secluded cottage has it's own private garden and is right next to the alpaca nursery paddock, so expect to see lots of crias (baby alpacas)! The cottage is conveniently located, 10mins to Kyneton, 15mins to Trentham, 20 mins to Daylesford and 1hr 15mins to Melbourne.

Built in 1870, Marigold Cottage is one of the oldest and prettiest original miner’s cottages in Daylesford, just a short walk to the town centre, with beautiful views over the township. Our charming and cosy two bedroom home is set in a mature wraparound garden, with a raised deck and a fire pit area - and plenty of local birdlife!
