Brand new, luxury 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Chueca’s bustling pedestrian shopping street! This bright spacious and well appointed apartment is newly renovated in 2023 and located in one of the hippest areas in Madrid. It's spacious floor plan, full kitchen & full amenities make it a home away from home. There is no better place to explore the city! This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. -Central AC / Heating, -Sound Insulated Windows (facing Pedestrian street), -High Speed Wifi 300Mbps, -Smart Flat Screen TVs (55” inch, 32”inch, 43”inch) to use your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime, -Full Kitchen, oven, -Washer / Dryer Combination Unit, -Clothes line, iron, ironing board, -Powerful Hair Dryer, -Plenty of Hangers, -Fresh Linens, - 1 towel set per registered guest (bath towel, hand towel), -Rituals shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, -High chair, bottle warmer(advance request), baby monitor (advance request), baby travel cot (advance request), -safety deposit box, -Early Check-in (2h before), Late Night Check-in, Late check out subject to availability, fees. 1st floor with Elevator, door code for apartment door. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Amplio apartamento en edificio totalmente reformado. Interior, luminoso, muy tranquilo y silencioso a pesar de estar en una zona muy animada y con mucho ambiente. Con dormitorio independiente, armario, con ventana a patio amplio con plantas, cama muy confortable y cómodo colchón, de 150 x 190. Cocina totalmente equipada, baño con ducha. Aire acondicionado y radiadores en todas las estancias. Alquiler de temporada para uso no turístico. Apartamento de 45 m2 situado en la planta baja, de un edificio totalmente reformado recientemente. Después de la puerta de la calle hay que subir una planta sin ascensor hasta la planta baja del edificio. Es amplio, con dormitorio independiente, con armario, con ventana a patio interior con plantas, con cama con canapé, muy confortable y cómodo colchón, de 150 x 190, cocina totalmente equipada, baño con ducha, que incluye lavadora, placa vitrocerámica, horno microondas, extractor de humo y frigorífico. Integrada en un salón muy espacioso y luminoso, con sofá cama y con un gran ventanal a patio interior amplio y profundo. Los suelos son de mármol, pulidos recientemente y carpintería exterior renovada. Disponible cuna, trona y pequeña bañera de bebé bajo solicitud previa. No hay ascensor. Horario check-in: 11:00 a 21:00, posibilidad de check in nocturno de 21:00 a 24:00 con un coste de 40€ que se pagarán en efectivo al momento de llegar al apartamento. En cualquier caso no se recibe de 24:00 a 10:30. Los check in por la mañana antes de las 13:00 pm se podrían realizar siempre con previa consulta. ES OBLIGATORIO presentar el Documento de Identidad o Pasaporte (carnet de conducir no se admite), así como firmar y el correspondiente contrato de alquiler de Temporada, para viajes por motivos laborales, de estudios, atención sanitaria, encuentros familiares o vacacionales, no apto para viajes turísticos. ES OBLIGATORIO presentar el Documento de Identidad o Pasaporte (carnet de conducir no se admite), así como firmar el Parte de Viajeros con los datos de los huéspedes y el correspondiente contrato de alquiler. Todos los check in entre las 9:00pm y 9:00am tendrán un incremento de 40€ que se pagarán en efectivo al momento de llegar al apartamento.

Best for a single, a couple or couples with a kid! Pets are also invited happily! The apartment is located in an authentic quiet building. It is modern designed, themed to its name, Autumn, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa and a working table, kitchen with a dining table and bathroom. We took special care of all the little details, to make it the best stay for you! It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Spacious brand-new apartment of 3 beds, 3.5 bathrooms of 200m2 in the 1st floor. Fully equipped apartment that it will make you feel at home. Offers a spacious and bright open layout, tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors. Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests. The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.
