Ideal for solo travelers, couples, small groups or families, the light modern interior has a clean and comfortable style, while the little balcony is furnished for breakfast or drinks at sunset. The lounge area has a sofa, flatscreen TV, dining area. There are 2 double bedrooms. One has a 140x200cm bed and the other is 135x190cm. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The bathroom has a WC and shower. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, Bosch AEG washing machine dryer combo, ironing equipment. For guests staying 28 days or more, we provide clean bed sheets and towels once a week and we offer weekly cleaning for discounted price. The flat has a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies available. PLEASE NOTE: Fourth floor without elevator (4 levels of stairs), LATE Check-ins may have a surcharge, check with the Host. Está pensado para que salgas a tomar el aire, leas un poco o simplemente disfrutes del clima de Barcelona desde la barrera. Un lujo sencillo, pero que se agradece mucho al final del día. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo. Si vienes con niños o bebés, avísanos con tiempo; si tenemos disponibilidad, te dejamos una cuna o una trona para que no tengas que cargar con la casa a cuestas. Sinceramente, no creemos que con todo lo que hay que ver en Barcelona te haga falta, pero tienes televisión por si una noche decides que el mejor plan es simplemente quedarse a ver una película. VALLS 7, located on a 19th century building, is a 2019 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 4th floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
