Although very close to Princes Road absolutely no traffic noise as placed in the noise shadow. Small shops 5 minutes walk away, supermarket $ 3 for taxi ride. The unit is part of the main building but separated with own entrance, privacy is guaranteed. The unit has a small bar, stereo system and TV. Owner has a huge collection of films which can be utilised. All windows have mosquito screens. Outside sitting area has a roof. Owner has boat and is member of the Royal Suva Yacht Club.

Lovely one bedroom villa with living room overlooking the garden, golf course and pool. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, propane stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
