Sunny and light beach front property ,being an original fishermans cottage it does have many imperfections.whilst we spray ,we do have the odd cockroach ( sadly a Hawke’s Bay pest ) in winter it is essential the down stairs heaters are NOT turned off to retain maximum heat .
