Cozy, bright, 40 m² apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator in the Las Letras neighborhood. It features a double bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, ducted heating, and central air conditioning. Ideal for two people, it offers access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and basic kitchenware. It also has a lift, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, heating and air conditioning (ducted). The flat can accommodate 2 people and is located on the fifth floor, accessible by lift. Features that my guests enjoy: - located in the neighbourhood of Las Letras / Calle Cervantes, one of the most famous streets in Madrid. - The flat is completely renovated and new. - Modern and fully equipped flat. - Bed linen and towels will be provided. - Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. - In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a coffee machine and hairdryer. - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - a living space: sofa, armchair, television, dining area with dining table for 2 people. - A modern American style kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, cooking utensils. - A nice bedroom: double bed, built-in wardrobe with hangers. - Lovely bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin. If you are travelling with a baby and need a cot for your stay, you can request one in advance. Please note that the cot has an additional cost of 30 euros, plus a highchair for 15 euros extra that you will have to pay in cash to the person in charge of delivering it. Prior notice will be required to have it ready for your arrival. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.
