Fully furnished, with a generous storage space (dressing), the apartment is composed of two rooms (the bedroom and living), a kitchen, a bathroom, all with separate access from a hall. It also has a cozy covered balcony.

Located in a beautiful 19th century building, the apartment has a spectacular architecture, with high, vaulted ceilings. It has a living room, 2 separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and a large terrace which opens to the garden, where you can have your morning coffee :) We have available only 1 parking place in our internal courtyard, and is free. Most of the city attractions are very close by, so it is a perfect base to explore the city :)

This is a non-smoking apartment. Check in will be done exclusively via self check in. So please consider this if you would like to book the place. The apartment is similar to a hotel room, situated in an old building at the ground floor. You will have the windows facing to the quite, inner yard. Enjoy your stay at this centrally-located place. Located in Piata Unirii, you will stay in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, universities or medical centers.

If you are looking for a city break in the heart of Cluj-Napoca or simply on a business trip, this is the perfect apartment for you. It is located near the Student’s Culture House and close to Union Square, the most center part of the city. The building dates back from 1717 and represents a local historical monument, therefore it’s architecture is completely unique, combining different styles. This is especially noticeable in the design of the ceiling.
