Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. Κυριολεκτικά Πάνω στο Κύμα | Έως 4 άτομα Χτισμένο στα τέλη του 19ου αιώνα, το «Καμίνι» αποτελεί τον αυθεντικό πυρήνα του ιστορικού συγκροτήματος, εκεί όπου κάποτε έκαιγε η φωτιά για τη δημιουργία κεραμικών. Σήμερα, η ενέργεια εκείνης της εποχής έχει δώσει τη θέση της στην απόλυτη γαλήνη της θάλασσας. Η απόσταση από το νερό είναι μόλις 5 μέτρα. Τόσο κοντά, που η αρμύρα αγγίζει τα παράθυρα και ο ήχος του κύματος γίνεται η φυσική μουσική του χώρου.

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Το Pelagia's house είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι που ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα κρατώντας όμως τον παραδοσιακό του χαρακτήρα μαζί με τις αναμνήσεις από πολλά ξενοιαστα καλοκαίρια.
