Take a break and unwind at our peaceful place, with safe, off street parking with electric hook up if you need it, walking distance to the country pub or hop on a bus to York. The historic market town of Beverley is just 20 minutes by car, York is 30 minutes, this cosy annexe for 2 comes equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing country break. Plenty of good walks in the area and free fresh eggs from our hens. We can also be flexible on check in and check out times if needed

Immediately outside our two cubes we have created a modern BBQ/kitchen and seating area where guests can soak in the tranquil surroundings and enjoy outdoor dining. There is a separate shower room, toilet and indoor kitchen facility for shared use by cozy cube guests plus **The Tank*** a relaxation TV and games room with DVDs, books and games to use, and an honesty bar.

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
