Nest & Nook is a peaceful tiny house retreat set within a garden and surrounded by countryside views. Enjoy slow living with an outdoor tub, fire pit under the stars, and birdsong in the morning. Inside you'll find a comfortable double bed (135 cm wide), a private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Conveniently located 4 minutes from Black Cottage Café, 12 minutes from Markovina Vineyard Estate, and 22 minutes from Long Bay Beach. Please note there is about a 100m walk across the lawn.

We are located in the Top 10 holiday park which has wonderful amenities for all to enjoy. Nestled at the back of our property with independent access, enjoy a queen-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. Fully insulated for year-round comfort, Wi-Fi and storage. Just a 4-minute stroll to Narrow Neck beach, and we’re conveniently close to public transport, a great bakery and takeaways, Devonport village and The Officers Mess.

Secluded sunny studio with off-street parking

The 35 sm self-contained studio is private, elevated and peaceful. The sunny deck overlooks the garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. Both studio and carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping path that is shared with the main house. Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. sleeping off jetlag. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). A 10min walk to the nearest shop and bus stops.

Great easy stay when visiting Auckland! This tiny home is 18 months old and in a green garden setting at the back of our family home. Public transport into the CBD and walking distance to local shops. It’s fully self contained and ready for you to spend a cozy night or book it for your mother in law who’s visiting the grandkids. Rarawara

Rarawara is situated at the back of our lifestyle property on the banks of the upper Waitemata harbor. We have a seperate newly furbished cabin with queen bed and 2 bunkrooms, each with 5 single bunkbeds. A games room, indoor outdoor kitchen and dining area. Boatramp, Kayaks, paddle boards. You can launch the boat 2 hours either side of high tide. Perfect for a intimate boutique weddings, max 40 guests, 3 night minimum hire required for weddings. No parties.
