I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. However it can be bright early on summer mornings. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Many birds and mammals can be seen

Modern, quiet and restful top floor rooms

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two-seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track.

Park View Jesmond (en-suite).

Quiet bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower in award winning designer home, 7 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am.

Fully furnished rooms available in a homely house in a cosy area. The house itself is very spacious and accommodating with large spaces of rooms, ready for you to stay! This selected room is the largest room in the house. It is located in a quiet street, directly a corner away from Newcastle's West Road which is in the centre of amenities; shops, stores, restaurants, dessert parlours, ATM machines, petrol stations (see map for more). Guests need to climb a spiral staircase. Hens in garden. Continental breakfast included.
