Picturesque Dedham Vale is 21 miles way and the beautiful seaside town of Southwold is 35 miles. We are 25 mins from Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. Accessible to the local village pub and shop which is 5 mins drive. Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The property is separate but adjacent to our 16th century Grade 2 listed home and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring them. Open fields surrounding the property provide plenty of lovely walks.

A one-bedroom, secluded ground floor property, ideal for a getaway for couples or small families. An EV charger is available for use at an extra charge.

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

Contemporary 2 bedroom property that has been awarded a Four Star Gold rating by Visit England for the last three years, with use of private large garden/orchard area set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Quiet surroundings so ideal for a relaxing time. Ideal for cycling or walking the numerous local roads and footpaths. Easy access to Suffolk Coast and Constable country. Everyone welcome though we do not allow pets.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a charming self contained annex to the front of our property with free parking on premises. Situated in a quiet location near The Grange Hotel and within approx half of a mile walking distance into Thurston Village. We live in the main house which is attached to the annex with our two quiet dogs. We are generally on hand to help with any questions or advise on the local area.

The Loft - Self contained own room with en-suite

The Loft is situated on the edge of Stanton village in West Suffolk. Close to Bury St Edmunds - 15 mins by car, Cambridge - 45 mins by car or train from B St E, Stowmarket - Train station is 20 mins, London - Direct from Stowmarket by train, Aldeburgh - 45 min drive and many other coastal areas. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
