Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A large modern kitchen and a real woodburner in the large sitting room. A private patio outside with fairy lights at night, a bbq, firepit and private garden at the back of the property.

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Designed and built by local architects and craftspeople, the house is a perfect base for couples, close to the waterfront and in the heart of beautiful Suffolk countryside. There is a fantastic choice of walks, cycling, and horse rides, as well as opportunities to get onto or into the water or stay in and be cosy.

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Orford’s old fire station

It's in a tranquil location in a sought after area in the picturesque coastal village of Orford (named as being one of the twenty most beautiful villages in the UK and Ireland by Conde Nast). It's a v short walk to central Orford.

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
