In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

Nestled in the picturesque village of les Praz, the Flegere telecabine, 5 minutes from the apartment will whisk you into the mountains for skiing, hiking or even more extreme adventures! If you prefer to be on the flat the 18 hole Golf Club de Chamonix is literally minutes away. The town centre of Chamonix is a 20 minute amble along the beautiful river path or a free 5 minute bus ride away.

The top floor of a chalet situated in one of the best locations in Chamonix: facing the Mont-Blanc and within walking distance to the Brevent skiing area, this is the perfect flat for 2 couples or a couple.
