This delightful corner studio comes with its own garden with stunning Mediterranean views and access to a pool that is only shared with the two other cozy rentals of our modern guesthouse. We live on the property as well, along with our lovable dog, a few little goats, and some chatty chickens. It’s a peaceful, unpretentious place where nature, comfort, and a bit of whimsy come together.

The apartment is located on the coastline of the Ligurian Sea. The closest beach is less than a hundred yards away. The terrace offers stunning views of the sea, the picturesque Ospedaletti. Nearby are located restaurants, shops and promenade for walks. The second entrance to your apartment is located on the main street, Via Aurelia, next to the bus stop. From there you can take the bus either to Sanremo or to the towns that are bordering France.
