This small 1950’s cottage was entirely gutted and rebuilt attempting to keep the peaceful feel of the home yet creating a completely modem look. There was lots of sweat and love that went into every detail to make this home luxurious, comfortable and fresh. Who wouldn’t love a brand new home surrounded by garden, fruit, vegetables and nature. Maple on Royal is a 2 bedroom house, with a large front, side and back garden which is used to grow Organic fruit and vegetables all year round (seasonal).

Some host personal effects remain in the property but not intrusive. Bath temporarily not in use. Bedroom lamps have usb charging ports. Cleaning fee includes additional $20 linen laundry fee.

Comfortably accommodate 2 people, with a 3ʳᵈ guest (or 2 little ones) can sleep in the double-size sofa bed in the living room upon request. Easy, free street parking—no time limits to worry about. *The flat comes with a cute bar fridge, microwave and kettle, but no full kitchen or laundry facilities.

The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.
