The villa is located short distance from the beach “Lias”, which is a short, almost private, pebble beach with soft fine sand. The verandas and the pool offers a unique magic view of the Aegean sea.

This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.
