Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

The guests enjoy fantastic sea and sunset views and they have direct access (160 stairs) to a beautiful beach, namely Armenopetra! The property consists of a Main House with two large master bedrooms in the 1st floor, and a Guest House with 3 separate guest rooms.

Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα μαζί με το σαλόνι και ένα μπάνιο καθώς και το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο. Ο άνετος καναπές-κρεβάτι του σαλονιού μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 2 άτομα σε 180x200cm. Στον επάνω όροφο, το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο στη σοφίτα βρίσκεται με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.
