House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.

The view form the front, shaded porch, is unique at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a sofa-bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the ypur stay there.
