The bed is a comfortable day bed ( king single) which coverts to a full King sized bed when two guests are welcomed. Double French doors open onto a sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy and relax in. The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets with guests please.

Nice and close to the train station, the supermarket and Silverstream Village plus venues like "Silverstream retreat" and St Patricks College. Luxury linen, towels and bathroom products. Continental breakfast is included, plus a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.

Giant pohutukawa and native trees on our 10 acre property bring in the birds.
