The apartment has a separate entrance in the west wing of a factory redeveloped in 2001 in the center of Berlin. The base is approx. 28 sqm. The ceiling height amounts to 3,20/3,25 m. By the 1.6 m wide and up to 2.5 m high windows the apartment is very bright. It is tastefully furnished. In two comfortable cocktail armchairs you can relaxe well after impressive town inspections . The double bed is equipped with a very good latex mattress. The shower is dimensioned generously. Toilet and basins are high-quality products of Villeroy & Boch and Keramac, Grohe's fittings. For self-sufficiency there are a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water and egg boiler. Cable-TV and radio are available.
