In the Heart of Thessaloniki's University Campus, right next to the city center, 450m away from metro station and the Kaftantzoglio Olympic stadium, you will find a fully renovated, equipped, 27sqm cosy, one space apartment which offers a relaxing and comfy accommodation. Ideal for guests who travel with car as there is direct access to freeway, free street parking which is usually available in a max. radious of 50m. Not highly recommended for beach or summer destinations but still a stop over.

This unforgettable place is far from ordinary! Interior Attic 20m2 with sloping ceiling and a maximum height of 1.70m (see photos). It is mainly suitable for sleeping and not for tall guests. Exterior Large terrace with a magnificent view! It has furniture and a fully equipped kitchenette and all electrical appliances. The outside area is protected around the perimeter by electric balcony shades that operate with a remote control. The ceiling of the outdoor space is at a height of 2.25

The old walls of the city at your right hand, and the “Passas gardens” hill, a restful green area just beyond the apartment, unfold in harmony connecting the past with the present times and lead throw a grafical path to Agiou Dimitriou street, from where all the main spots are close by!!
