The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Riposo, natura e tradizione tra uliveti e rinomate cantine vinicole con vista sui monti d'Abruzzo. A cavallo tra mare e monti, è un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare il territorio. A pochi chilometri dai principali collegamenti autostradali e dal centro storico di Nocciano. Possibilità di effettuare escursioni a cavallo e in bicicletta lungo il fiume Nora. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

L'appartamento si sviluppa su due piani ed è composto da cucina, salotto, due bagni e camera da letto che si affaccia sul paesaggio circostante.
