Carpineta ist nicht weit entfernt von den schönsten Dörfern und Sehenswürdigkeiten der südlichen Toskana. Das Natursteinhaus wurde kürzlich komplett neu ausgebaut, eingerichtet und mit der neusten Wohntechnik ausgestattet.

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. Air conditioner is available. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15-20 minutes along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Ci troviamo tra la Val d'Orcia, il Monte Amiata e il mare. Ci troviamo a 870m s.l.m. La villa dista circa 15 minuti di macchina da Arcidosso.

Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
